Job Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Apple’s marketing objectives and brand identity.

- Managing and growing Apple’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Analyzing social media performance metrics and developing insights to improve engagement and drive conversions.
- Collaborating with the marketing, design, and communications teams to design cohesive campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Engaging with our community through active responses, comments, and customer service on social media platforms.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in tech and lifestyle sectors.
- Staying on top of best practices, trends, and algorithm changes across social platforms to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
- Preparing regular reports on social media performance, growth, and campaign effectiveness for stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager position will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in social media management, preferably within a corporate environment or agency.
- Strong knowledge of social media best practices, platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to our audience.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
